Kevin Ochalla elected Cook County Pension Fund Trustee
AFSCME Council 31 member Kevin Ochalla was elected to the open trustee seat representing Cook County employees in the October 25 pension fund election.
Kevin Ochalla has been a Cook County employee for more than fourteen years, serving as an Assistant Public Defender in the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender. He is the president of AFSCME Local 3315 which represents the attorneys in the Public Defenders’ Office. Kevin Ochalla is an experienced advocate firmly committed to standing up for employee interests on the pension board.
Ochalla is the first AFSCME representative on the Cook County Pension Board.
